I am a professional grant writer and strategic outside resource continuous resource to small and medium size businesses that want a trained workforce, however, are unaware or can not believe that grants are available to help with start up business enterprises, expanding businesses, especially small medical business w/ 5 to 40 employees.
More than 90% of the businesses I visit, I am already paid for by the grant money that I will write for the business. Unless I am recommended, they find it hard to believe I am already paid for and I will not leave them dependent on me to consult to them, I train the resources they have already employed.
