Plan Your Work And Work Your Plan (part 3)

You are reading Ann's "EOD" Challenge Read more from this series of articles.

You’re going to begin publicly posting your “EOD” report.

Ideally, this is in a place where other supportive, and encouraging people will see it. Maybe even give you feedback. That’s what surrounding yourself with a great team can do for you.

Remember, EOD stands for End of Day. It’s your end of day daily report of what you have accomplished for that given day. For the next 30 days (though, I’d recommend making this a permanent habit), you’re going to post your EOD in a place where you others will see it, and keep you accountable for following through.

For example, in this video, I’m speaking specifically to my Renegade Team, and encouraging them to post their EOD at our private group Facebook page. This is something I’ll start doing myself too. I’ll lead by example.

Watch the training video for all the details:

Do this for 30-90 days and you’ll see how much of a profound difference it makes.

Make it a habit.

This is important too… Before you go to bed, write down your top 2-3 activities for the next day. I’ve been doing this for many many years, and it has proven to be invaluable. Most of the top leaders I know also do this simple thing before heading to bed. Be sure to mark an asterisk next to the income producing activities.

There’s still two more training videos as part of this “Challenge” series. Click the “next video training” training link below to keep going.

  1. Love what you’re suggesting here re: giving our subconscious mind good material to ponder during the night. I also recommend giving our subconscious mind good ATTITUDES! I don’t know about you, but I wake up in a much happier mood if I go to bed with a grateful spirit. A good mood is bound to lead to greater productivity, don’t you think?

  2. Oh yeah! Game on! I love challenges… I think anyone who is even the slightest bit “achievement” motivated, by this type of thing will do well with it. It’s a great way to spark a little fire and get you into the mode of work and accountability and routine. Here we go…!

  3. This is great! I especially love the suggestion to write down the top 2-3 activities for the following day – it really does help prepare the mind for what is to be accomplished the following day. This goes hand in hand with my theme for this year – productivity – thanks so much for this challenge!

  4. Ok.. I’m getting off to a slow start but I’m going to make up for lost time! I’ve decided to revisit the Blogging Challenge for the next 30 days. This time I’m going to commit to doing something to improved my blog each day for the next 30 days. My Alexa Ranking as of May 13th is 185,582 and my goal in the next 30 days is to get it below 150,000. Let the challenge begin…..
