What do you think is the number one “X factor” that determines if a person is coachable and willing to do what it takes to be successful?

I’m going to assume that you want to work with people that are coachable and willing to do what it takes to truly be successful. So the answer to this question is quite important to your business building efforts isn’t it?

This post will discuss how to find coachable people who are genuinely willing to make success happen for themselves. It also outlines the perfect network marketing business model.

Offer Valuable Information First

Let’s jump right in. This will be short, but for many of you reading this, this will serve as an “ah-hah” moment.

You are looking for people who are looking (or already have) invested their money to get educated, and are willing to learn how to work this business.

And to do this, I recommend that you retail valuable information first and your opportunity second. Let me explain exactly what happens when you start to retail information first, and not promoting your opportunity up front.

Here are a few example products that you can “retail” up front:

 

Why This Is So Important

First of all, it helps them

You see, these products are valuable information. It’s essential knowledge for success in this industry. It’s also inexpensive. And it’s not your opportunity. Most people already have an opportunity.

You’re genuinely helping someone. You’re creating a relationship with them. And positioning yourself as a trustworthy solutions provider.

Second of all, it helps you

This creates up front, “now income.” One of the main problems most home businesses face is lack of “business budget” money. Most run out of money so eventually their business just stalls and fails. No more money.

When you sell an information product up front instead of your network marketing business, you generate “now income” that keeps you in the game.

 

Get Good At This Process, And It Allows You To Cover Your Business Costs

That’s the goal.

Think about your network marketing business if you were no longer spending money to keep in business, but you’re breaking even.

In other words, you’re making enough “now money” that it covers your monthly fee to be in your network marketing business. It can cover other expenses too like Aweber, Hosting and whatever necessary tools you need.

If you’re using pay per click, or any form of paid advertising, selling an information product up front can be free because the money you make from selling the front end info product offsets those costs AND delivers leads to your inbox daily.

 

Wouldn’t You Like 5-100 Free Leads Every Day?

(it’s very doable for you, but won’t happen if you’re leading with your primary network marketing business opportunity)

You’re building your list.

What can be better?

These leads are willing and able to spend some money to get educated on how to be successful in our industry. Leads don’t get much better than that. If you’re generating 5-100 leads every day, even if you’re selling pet rocks, you’re going to convert those leads to sales, and some of those sales into new teammates.

You’ve just learned the number one “X” factor that will determine your success in network marketing. Offer valuable information up front. This sets the process for building your primary network marketing business while providing you with a small income that can cover all your business costs. And that keeps in you going in this industry.
