1) People who obviously care. It’s a verb. You should be able to see it with your eyes, and it should be presented in such a way that makes your eyes get bigger. That means when you refer a prospect they will experience the same “eye-opening” sensation.
2) Training that goes beyond “here it is, have a nice day” or “here it is, now buy my upsell.” Those days are rapidly declining because consumer are getting way smarter and clever to self-centered marketers that are akin to snake oil salesman. Greed is a bitch and your radar for such is more sharp than ever.
3) A unique blend of mentoring, training and peer support. It doesn’t hurt to have an effective sales system that has already proven they can get results either.
It’s a simple list really. If it were anymore complicated, you’d be confused and/or cautious.
Keep this in mind as you make your decisions about who and what you join. Likewise, keep this in mind when you reach maturity and want to create something to call your own.
