If you are a trainer or team leader this video blog will help you train and equip your team, and achieve better results.
In the example I share in this video, I happen to be covering a training for my Inner Circle members called “Developing A Simple Business Model That Works For You: Duplicatable Sales And Profit You Can Put On Autopilot.”
The 4 Components of Learning
As an educator, I have discovered there are four primary components to the learning process.
- Preparation (Mind Set),
- Inputting,
- Processing
- Application
The 5th “Game Changing” Component
There’s also a fifth component that I discuss in my video, which I believe is the ultimate game changer.
Without this, I believe all learners are doomed for failure. It is that critical to the learning process especially when learning a complex topic like online marketing.
Plus, I’ll share with you how I put legs to the information I’m providing to my students. I believe all teachers have an obligation to move their students past the pure “inputting” stage.
Providing information is not enough. More is required if you want your students to get the best results possible. You’ve got to layout tangible steps all the way through.
I share also share a couple key strategies that create engagement within your community.
Improve Your Training Environment
Watch the video to see how you too can improve your training environment.
I can attest to this. During my training in DMC I am given assignments to finish, share and request feedback. This is tremendous training ground and I have been stretched! My mind is constantly being fed, my skills are constantly being developed and I have abilities now that I didn’t have a year ago.
Thanks for the feedback, Lisa. Appreciate that. I’ve definitely seen you grow over the last year. Great to have you in our community!
