How just one quick read of a book can have an immediate impact on your life.
I grabbed Tim Ferris’ book, “The Four Hour Work Week” while heading out the door.
One sentence hit me like a ton of bricks:
“It is your job to train those around you to be effective and efficient.”
Well, that starts with me first!
My Daily Marketing Coach now has four different memberships. My 80/20 Marketing Team and our certified trainers deliver all the content. And I oversee it all.
As a result…
I’m on an Elimination Rampage
The workload with our DMC memberships is enormous. I’m simply forced get lean.
That means I must delegate.
And here is the lesson of today’s video: Maybe it’s time for you to delegate too.
Watch my video to learn some specific tips on how you can delegate your current tasks onto someone else.
After watching my video go ahead and comment if you are feeling you also need to go on an “Elimination Rampage.”
—What would be the first thing you’d like to hand off?
—What are the strategies you’re going to use?
Thanks for sharing!
i really appreciate all the great work you are doing Ann. i have learned so much with your informative and inspiring posts and webinars. Keep it epic!
Hi Ann, love the term “elimination rampage”. I’ve been delegating tasks to my daughter for a number of years now. Some tasks, she’s really good at – she picks up things really fast and remembers them easily. However, I sense a “lack of motivation” on her part at times, so she puts things off. So, after watching your video, I’m wondering if she’s ready to receive that task, and perhaps that’s why she procrastinates.
Some years ago, I started getting my graphical work done by someone who’s very creative and proficient with Photoshop, and he’s saved me hours and hours of time. That was a task I never mastered myself, but he’s taken the task on extremely well.
Hope you enjoyed the long weekend Ann!
