Daily Marketing Coach, Bruce Morton, asked this excellent question yesterday at our private DMC group page. I replied there, but thought I’d also add my thoughts here at The Renegade Blog to keep it evergreen.
Here goes:
DMC is universal in it’s application for anyone wanting to market their business online.
It just so happens that a good segment of my following are network marketers. I appeal to network marketers who are accustomed to marketing offline to find prospects and distributors and have gotten tired of it or flat out don’t like it. Mostly because the welcome wagon on that method wore out a few decades ago.
So I developed my attraction marketing methods specifically for network marketers.
That said these same methods work for:
authors,
realtors,
doctors,
dentists,
affiliate marketers,
online marketers,
attorneys.
The list goes on. Pretty much anyone who would like to position themselves to have business come to them.
I strongly recommend you read my book “The Attraction Marketer’s Manifesto.” My book gives a much better explanation of this.
As far as mindset I would say traditional business owners likely have a stronger developed mindset as far as what it takes to succeed.
Many network marketers have not done a traditional business and are often told it’s a cake walk to build a business. So they come in with faulty expectations. The reality is it takes skill. Which brings me to my other free report “The 7 Great Lies of Network Marketing“. It’s an easy quick read and you might find it entertaining.

Good points to drive home Ann. I seem to be working more and more with more small businesses in my community. I explain to them the importance of owning and protecting their reputation on the Internet as well as the importance of owning a customer list. The Daily Marketing Coach trainings and techniques are universal across the spectrum of business owners. Thanks for all that you and your team offer us!
I wish I had had these skills, learned through DMC, when I started out as an opera singer. Would have made a world of a difference for my career. Career=Business! Of that I’m 100% convinced. But, NEVER is too late. 😉
Yeah…it’s not about Network marketer or internet marketer.
The question is: Do you have a business head. Business is business…online, offline.
It always comes back to…can you market it…sell it and grow it (business skills).
Heed Ann’s advice.
