Human nature is such that we tend to look for the discrepancies in life.
Our natural tendency is to figure out how we are coming up short on the stick. It’s that survival instinct we’re hard coded with at birth.
We often readily cry, “Foul” Or “No fair!” to let our needs be known.
In my video I share with you a specific example of going through a painful death spiral with a previous business we owned.
My husband and I felt like a tumbleweed ready to be run over by a semi-truck.
But someone of influence in our lives gave us a “goodness” statement that helped alter our perspective in that situation.
It did provide a ray of hope in that dark, gloomy time in our marriage.
You too can develop this leadership quality.
Watch my video and then share some “goodness” factor with me in the comment section below.
Goodness Factor: Fear Not is written or appeared in the scriptures for 365 times and we have 365 days in a year. So if you take one (1) fear not for each day, it will be enough to last you for the whole year. So “fear not” also because there is nothing new under the sun. As long as you have balanced your real being or the spirit man in you, then you have nothing to fear.
Ann, fear not; God has not given us the spirit of fear but the spirit of sound mind.
That is more more reason you have to master my favourite quote to command everything to a stand still.
“Tranquility is the greatest power of manifestation, be still and know that I am god.
This is a truth that needs to be our choice. Even those of us that have a natural “glass have full” way of looking at life; can have situations happen that make us “for a moment” see an empty glass.
But it is right then that the Goodness that we have spread like fertilizer comes back and sometimes in the most unlikely way…Goodness is shared.
The co-worker that never has anything good to say, tells you thanks for helping them, or you go to get your mail and within the bills is a card of thanks, “just cause.”
So Ann my Goodness back to you today is… Looking for the Good makes for a better today, but even a better tomorrow. Thanks for sharing with us this important Leadership Quality.
Thanks for delivering this essential quality in leadership. Far too often we look for the bad in persons rather than good. Its a very good reminder to me to do that. Developing that positive attitude may take time but its worth it. Appreciate your sharing.
I wanted to purchase your system but somehow was cut off.
