22,000 Eye Balls!
This is why we chose Facebook as our number one social media outpost. Because of it’s powerful reach.
The further the reach, the more positive an impact that has not just on traffic and lead generation, but on how many people we can become familiar with, and have positive relationships that have an impact.
According to Facebook’s analytic tool, this post below was seen 22,000 times.
Imagine there are two homeless guys standing on a street corner. The first guy has a normal, run-of-the-mill sign saying, “Spare a few dollars? God bless you.” The second guy, on the other hand, has a much more unusual sign: “Can’t afford to feed my family, and it’s tearing me apart. Please help, so I can stop feeling like such an awful Dad.” Which one would you be more likely to help? The second one, right? The point?…Stand for something greater than yourself.
I don’t know about you, but I’d give my money to the second guy. In fact, I’d ask him if I could take him to the grocery store and buy a few grocery sacks full of food.
Here’s why:
He stands for something greater than himself. People care about that.
The way these two homeless guys ask for money can apply to the way you build your business too.
For example…
- Instead of just approaching yet another person about your bizopp, take a unique angle on an important issue, and make a passionate stand for something you can be both passionate AND logical about.
- Instead of looking like yet another me-too network marketing rep, truly work tirelessly to change lives. You will find that you create a movement right in your back yard.
That’s why The Renegade Network Marketer has done so well. Instead of being yet another step-by-step manual, or similar sounding training product, it’s a philosophy. The Renegade ebook is filled with a heroic concept that details what it means to be a Renegade Network Marketer. It has inspired 100s of thousands.
Thank You
You may or may not be a customer of mine — doesn’t matter.
I want to thank YOU.
What we do at the core of network marketing goes a long way towards establishing goodwill and rapport in our community. That community can be locally offline, it can be among the 11,000 that LIKE my page, it can be among the 250,000 who have purchased The Renegade Network Marketer.
Our business is a service business.
The act of showing appreciation is particularly important for service businesses. This is especially true when you sell information, as your customers don’t receive a tangible item that reminds them of your business. Service businesses focus on quality of execution and customer service.
Doing that ONE thing can be the differentiating factor to hang your hat on.
That’s what I thought about when I saw this comment from Lee St-Louis
Love this!
What Place Does Network Marketing Have In Your Life?
I took a poll of my audience a year and a half ago. 26% of them were NOT network marketers. I casually ask this question last week at our Facebook Page:
How many of you are LIKING this page, but are NOT in a network marketing business? *(I promise I will keep the sharks off you if you comment)*
Read these comments, and leave your comment too. How does network marketing fit into your life?
Hi Ann,
Keen point, and a creative analogy.
Our emotions are the attractive or repelling force in our life. Seeing the 2nd person and his emotional plea instantly touches our chords. We see he stands for something greater than himself, and we respond to that.
Thanks for sharing your insight with us!

Hi Ryan,
So true. Our emotions are either repel or attract people. Complaining whiny people for example just drain our energy. On the other hand a person with a kind word and smile attracts us like a magnet. What we project we get back.
Thanks for stopping by!
