63 People Who Are NOT Your MLM Prospect

Having a large Facebook base has its benefits. Mainly, I have the privilege of “listening” to you.

Yesterday, I asked the following question,

How many of you just LOVE (I mean really really like) the MLM you’re in?

That means you’re using the product and/or service as well as being an active distributor – never mind if you’re seeing huge success. I want to gauge happiness, satisfaction and sentiment.

The Results

original post on Facebook here.

People don’t like to be sold or convinced that your network marketing business is great. It’s likely they already have a network marketing business that they love (see above for proof).

Here’s a simple truth…

These People Are Not Your Prospects, But You Still Might Be Able To Help Them

And that truth doesn’t just apply to the network marketing industry. It applies to every industry known to mankind.

And it applies to marketing.

I’ll say it one more time…

People don’t like to be pitched or sold on anything.

How many times have you been hounded by a sales person, or another network marketer to buy their product or join their deal?

It’s not attractive, and seldom works. If it does work, ask yourself how long does it last?

The answer is rarely.

This is the way a lot of people run their network marketing business, and it’s a problem because it doesn’t work. It doesn’t last for the long term, and it’s just plain bad marketing.

What If People Were Coming To You?

What if people were asking you questions and wanting to learn more about what you do, how you do it, and what you were offering?

And in this way, you wouldn’t be pitching your business either. You’d just be helping people find the answers that they’re looking for.

This is the way more and more people are choosing to run a successful network marketing business.

Why?

  • Because it works.
  • It’s sustainable.
  • It can be lucrative.
  • And it’s a good marketing model.

This model of marketing will help you transform your network marketing business (and experience) into the lucrative model that you’ve always dreamed of having. It can take awhile. It IS quite a paradigm shift, but take it from someone who knows, it’s well worth it.

This is attraction marketing, or permission marketing, but let’s not get caught up in what it’s called because at the end of the day, it’s simply effective, and it gets results.

  1. I could not agree more! If you Persuaded someone to join your opportunity by pitching and selling, you will end up having to sell this person over and over again each month to keep them on your team! If you focus on helping others to get the information they need and help them develop into leaders, I am learning that you will attract people to you. I also believe you need to do this without any agendas! I enjoyed this post!
    Thanks
