“Be forgiving of yourself and others.”
I think most of us would agree a forgiving heart definitely leads to healing and restoration and yet forgiveness can be very difficult for most people. If you say “I’m sorry, forgive me, thank you, I love you” over and over you will find inner peace and good things will start to happen to you. Also, if we think negative thoughts we attract negative things, but if we think positive thoughts we attract positive things. So, nn, you are right on!
Thanks for commenting, Marilyn. You are so right. This is the good habit thinking we want in our lives.
Brilliant to include forgiveness of yourself.
Thanks, Curtis. And I find it to be the hardest of all. So it’s important to be aware of it.
The most fundamental power of Intention is “LOVE” and if we live in the present moment of “Love”, a difficult but worthy practice, we will always forgive ourselves and others, knowing not to do so creates a negative spirit but if done with quiet enthusiasm –divine inspiration- we will slowly move the world from the love of power to the power of love.
Let’s make it happen, Doug. Thanks for commenting!
Ann, I commend you for using your “Suggestions for Success” to encourage and set the “tone” for our community. Not only does it show a willingness to be transparent, but also shining the light into your core values as well. That really makes a statement about the leadership of our DMC community. Suggestion 5 is saying to me, “even as God forgives me through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus, I should always forgive others.” This truth of is taught in many places through out the Bible. I should be more obedient to what it teaches.Thank You, Ann.
Thanks so much for sharing, Dan. I’m so glad I got to know you by having you attend our Renegade Action Workshop. Your comments are spot on. Appreciate you!
Thanks for addressing this, Ann. The issue of forgiveness is far more important than most of us want to recognize. Many people are stuck here. I’ve been stuck here myself at times. You’ve handled this topic nicely, and with much grace.
Thanks, Dave! I appreciate the kudos. Yes, a simple topic like this is important even in business. It’s all of life.
